Couple's Deaths Ruled Double Murder

It's now considered a double murder...
La Crosse County Sheriff Steve Helgeson says Dennis and Merna Koula were murdered at their Barre Mills home. Nearly a dozen investigators have been assigned to the case, and the state crime lab is still involved in the probe. Dennis Koula was a pharmacist, and an owner of Valley View Ford in West Salem. The couple's bodies were discovered Monday morning by their son, when he came to the house on Fox Valley Drive.
