Juvenile Charges Could Be Coming In Bus Bullying Event

Sparta Police Chief Mike Kass this morning after the official report of a 13 year old Sparta student who was beaten aboard a school bus 2 weeks ago came out.

Kass says juvenile charges of disorderly conduct, battery and harrassment will be recommended to the Monroe County Department of Human Services. Kass says video evidence and witness accounts all pointed to a 12 year old boy who performed lewd acts on the student and that led to punching choking of the teen.
