College Development Moves Forward, Landlords Still Unhappy

Some college landlords are broadening their base of complaints against a large college residential development between UWL and city hall in La Crosse.  The competing landlords have steadily argued that the 120 bedroom project lacks in parking spaces.  But now Jessica Olson has tied that parking with more cars getting forced to park on the street and then made the connection from that to potential criminal acts against those who park far from their homes

The Pointe West development was recently approved for a zoning change.   The city council is getting asked to approve more specific plans on the multimillion dollar development this month.
