Warm Weather Not Enough For Good Melt

It's going to take more warmer temperatures and a lot of rain in the next month ot so to help the drought conditions in the state. We talked with Steve Huntizicker with the UW-L Extension about the drought conditions.
He says more snow from last night and this morning won't help matters much as the ground is frozen almost three feet down.
