Highway 16 and South Kinney Road in Onalaska will see a change coming soon. Congestion in that area led the city and Farm and Fleet to chip in on the project says City Engineer Jarrod Holter. The design phase is almost complete.

He says the main concern is the backing up of traffic into the through traffic lane which then becomes a safety concern. The study started last July.
