So if the control towers at both Eau Claire and La Crosse close due to the federal government sequester, why not rely on Minnesota for air traffic control. Congressman Ron Kind says it's not that easy.

They could both close come April 7th. Kind says this is what he meant when he said that sequester is Latin for stupid spending cuts. He has writen the F.A.A voicing his concerns about shutting both towers in Wisconsin down.
