Although home sales increased year over year in Wisconsin again, the increases are not as substantial in La Crosse county for February as in some recent months.  In a report today from the Wisconsin Realtors Association, numbers show February sales of existing homes went up about 12% statewide from February of last year to the same month this year, with median sales prices also increasing by 6%.  In La Crosse county, the same year over year data shows sales only increasing by less than 2%, with median sale prices actually dropping by about 3%.  The state overall has experienced the 20th month in a row with double digit sales increases.
