Kind Blasts Walkers Money Turndown

Congressman Ron Kind says the decision by Governor Scott Walker to turn down $37 million in federal dollars for a health care exchange last year will really cost the state in the long run. $36.1 million to small businesses........$250 million over 10 years to taxpayers.....and there's more.

Walker said he turned down the Early Innovator Grant, saying it didn't make sense to commit to reforms that could have a devastating economic impact. Kind says there's still time to take the money.
