Neighborhood Activist Concerned About Campus Building Projects

Although there's excitement brewing on the UW-La Crosse campus because of promises for five new building projects, the surrounding neighborhoods might not have much to cheer about.  Neighborhood activist Charlie Weeth says those building projects will come with some displacement of cars that would otherwise park on campus, causing more headaches for those who live nearby.  Even if the campus follows through with an expansion of a new parking lot

Weeth says student-clogged streets will continue until the city gets rid of free parking around the campus.
