MNDOT Ready For A Billion Season

More than 300 construction projects scheduled for 2013 will do much to improve highways, bridges and other state transportation infrastructure to ensure the safety and mobility of the travelling public. That from the Minnesota Department of Transportation. MNDOT Deputy Commissioner, Bernie Arseneau, was asked how these projects compare to years past.
