Lepsch Murder Trial Put Off Until Late Summer

The trial in the May's Photo murders won't happen next month as planned.  Jeffrey Lepsch's trial is being postponed until late July, as attorneys will have more time to deal with evidence from the crime scene.  Prosecutors say Lepsch killed Paul Petras and his son A-J at the family store on a Saturday afternoon last fall.  Lepsch's defense attorneys plan to challenge fingerprint evidence taken from the scene.
