Groundbreaking for a much-anticipated building is scheduled for this week in La Crosse. A third Riverside Center building south of Riverside Park is ready to get underway. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on Thursday. The third Riverside Center building by developer Don Weber has been under close scrutiny as its development has been tied to a deal for a new city parking ramp nearby. That ramp will begin construction apparently later this summer.
