Police Point Out Dealer's Second Chances

Several drug dealers nabbed by La Crosse police this week-end.   The one that police are highlighting however is a guy who has a history.  Cops say 30 year-old Jonathan Banaskiewicz was caught after an investigation on the northside on Friday.  Cops had to chase Banaskiewicz on foot.  During that foot chase he apparently tossed a .22 on the ground.   The thing about Banaskiewicz is that he has a lengthy criminal history and, police specifically point out, has received multiple second chances by local judges and was on probation at the time of his arrest.  49 year-old John Irvin was also arrested during the bust.
