And that spending is not to the liking of Winona Republican Senator, Jeremy Miller.

Democrats and Republicans jousted Monday over why DFLers aren't providing more money for nursing homes, particularly at a time when Democrats have proposed raising billions in taxes and fees. Miller says they are protecting Minnesota's most vulnerable. The health and human services bill passed on a 70-64 vote, largely along party lines.
