Van Hollen Optimistic About Next Voter ID Case

One appeals court ruling doesn't definitively mean that Wisconsin's voter ID law will stand.  But the state's attorney general likes his chances.  JB Van Hollen says the ruling by the court this week ffinding the law constitutional will instruct judges in another pending challenge of the same law.  Ultimately proving what he's known all along about the law
