Bliss Holding on For Now

Many days of rain.  Way above normal precipitation.  Maybe start wondering if the collapse-prone Bliss road in La Crosse is getting ready to give way.  Not the part that's been fixed, says city public works director, Dale Hexom.  Because there's devices in that part that measure movement in the road

But Hexom says, you never can tell when the parts of the road that haven't been fixed--or any part of the bluff--might succumb to mother nature and come crumbling down the hill.
