Soccer Group Can Keep Marsh Building

Looks like CRUSA will get to keep its shack after all.  La Crosse city hall had informed the big soccer group that it needed to either bring its building in the marsh in compliance with federal floodplain requirements,or move it.  Repairs would mean removing the lower parts of the building so that floodwaters could flow through it.    Apparently, having a building that was part of a building was better for CRUSA than having no building at all.  CRUSA, which has spent the last several months working out a new lease with the city for the fields it operates in the marsh, uses the building for concessions and storage.
