2 Thrown From Motorcycle After Hitting Deer

2 people are recovering today in a Tomah Hospital after being thrown fom a motorcycle Saturday night.


Around 8:30 pm, 47 year old Phillip Hartman of Tomah hit a deer on his motorcycle on Highway 16 in the town of Adrian. Hartman tipped the motorcycle over, throwing himself and his passenger, 43 year old Tamara Hartman also of Tomah, off the bike.


Both received non-life threatening injures and both were not wearing a helmet. They were transported by Sparta Area Ambulance Service to Tomah Memorial Hospital.
