Not the first time the milk bill has seen the light of day either. The state witnessed a push to legalize raw milk sales in 2010. Lawmakers passed the raw milk bill that year, but it was ultimately vetoed by Governor Jim Doyle after the Safe Milk Coalition urged him to kill the bill. That coalition was on campus again Monday as part of a public hearing on the bill.
