County Sponsors Search and Rescue Course

Ever wanted to help in a search and rescue?  You may never get that chance.  But, in case the situation arises where you could help, best to know how.  That's apparently the idea behind a La Crosse County Medical Reserve Corps-sponsored course that's coming up this month.   A course intended to train civilians to support local emergency workers if they need help during an actual ground search and rescue.  The course is free and scheduled for October 26th.  Register by calling the county health department.
