Help Name The New School

The La Crosse School District is looking for the public’s help in naming the new North Side School. Dan Deicher has more.

The School District of La Crosse is seeking input from the community as it
decides what to name the district’s new north side school. In accordance with school board policy citizen input will be sought when naming or renaming a school facility. The school board’s policy states that a facility’s name shall lend dignity and status to the facility. In addition, the name may reflect a logical association with the facility such as location, function, or local geographical feature, or may be that of a distinguished person who has
made an outstanding contribution to the community, state or nation.
