Salvation Army Donations Down

The La Crosse Salvation Army is asking for more donations to their red

kettles. Julie Nelson tells us that donations have been down so far this year and a couple of things could be contributing factors to the declines.

She also says warmer weather not getting some in the holiday mood and a later holiday shopping season could be added to that list of factors in the decline.
