Hit and Run Perp Easy Find for Police

La Crosse cops didn't have too much trouble finding a hit and run driver this week-end.  Police say 32 year-old Chadwick Wylie slammed his Lincoln into the back of a woman sitting in her car at a light on West Avenue and Green Bay on Sunday afternoon.  And then he drove off.  They didn't have to rely on the woman's description of the vehicle because the front license plate was embedded in her bumper.  Cops just ran the info, knocked on Wylie's door later that night and arrested him.
