La Crosse Holds Serve in December Unemployment

The city of La Crosse is among the cities that didn't have an increase in unemployment rates for December.  New job info from the state has La Crosse's unemployment rate for December at 5.2%.  The same as November.   But a half percent drop from last year.  The state's labor department says 27 of 32 of the state's biggest municipalities saw either a decrease in jobless rates or stayed the same from November to December.  Lowest of those is 3.1% in Caledonia.  Highest: 10.7% in Racine.
