Administration Secretary Mike Huebsch says the Walker staff is working on many ways to cut down on a 900-million dollar surplus and reduce taxes. Huebsch expects changes soon in the state's tax withholding tables:


Speaking on WIZM's La Crosse Talk, Huebsch believes the withholding reforms and other proposals for lowering the surplus will get strong bipartisan support.
