First Day Of Spring Doesn't Mean Snow Is Done

The calendar says today is the first day of spring in North America...but the weather doesn't want to cooperate with that calendar.

Snow remains possible for a few days in the next week, and meteorologist Zack Taylor in La Crosse says we're still getting closer to the all-time record for most days with snow in a season, with 45 so far.  Taylor says it's possible La Crosse could have 50 days of snowfall before the warm weather takes hold. The record of 57 snowy days was set in the 1880's.
