Eco Park Play Tower Gets Green Light

There's unusual playground equipment.  And then there's the one-of-its-kind Forest Playscape at the Myric Hixon Eco Park in La Crosse.  Its singularity also has created concerns about liability, says city park and rec director Steve Carlyon.  Concerns that had to be addressed this spring

An insurance inspector has just signed off on the Forest Playscape.  The Eco Park says the structure is meant to teach about the value of vertical diversity.
