Ok School Districts. Here Comes Common Core

Governor Scott Walker has called for the Wisconsin State Legislature to
repeal Common Core state standards. He joins governors from Oklahoma, Indiana and South Carolina.  Those three have signed laws formally withdrawing from the standards.
As the standards kick in later this year, Onalaska Superintendent, Fran Finco says his district has been working on them for years and they are ready.
Walker says he is calling on the members of the State Legislature to pass a bill in early January to repeal Common Core and replace it with standards set by people in Wisconsin.
