Mayor's Task Force Issues Long List Of Ideas For Improving La Crosse Libraries

'We're doing what we can'...

The task force met last night, and compiled a list of nearly 20 recommendations for improving the library system.  Those ideas include appointing 'local experts' to review the library's spending policies, and having a referendum.  George said the panel doesn't seem to have a clear idea of what purpose the referendum would serve.
