One Victory for Landlords Suing City Over Rental Rules

Apparently a partial victory in several landlords' lawsuit against the city of La Crosse.  The city has changed a small section of its rental registration ordinance.  It's the section that landlords' attorney, Bernardo Cueto says violates the part of the Constitution that protects against unreasonable search and seizure

More than 30 landlords are also suing over whether the rental registration violates state law.  The case is scheduled to be decided by a judge on Monday.
