Voter ID Scheduled for Oral Arguments

You got a federal judge that's determined Wisconsin's voter ID law is unconstitutional.  You've got the state supreme court saying it passes muster.  There's bound to be some confusion, says Jay Heck with Wisconsin Common Cause
The seventh circuit court of appeals in Chicago has scheduled oral arguments for the voter ID law case next month.  Heck says there's zero chance the law will be reinstated by November.
