At this point, no clear sign of when La Crosse's ethics board will meet again. The group has met just once to consider a complaint against mayor Matt Harter regarding possible ethical missteps.   June Kjome is at the head of the group who has filed a complaint against the mayor. She's a little frustrated by the snail's pace at which the ethics process is moving. But, Kjome says, that's just how government works sometimes.
