The guy who apparently passed a fake fifty dollar bill  at the counter at a local fast food place wasn't exactly trying to blend in. La Crosse Police say a woman working the counter at the time clearly remembers the guy's very broad shoulders, short hair and skull cap, along with the multi-colored polish on his fingernails and toe nails and, as she describes it, the very feminine manner in which he carried himself. Police are still looking for the guy. Meanwhile, they're still investigating a string of counterfeit 20's that have turned up at a southside coffee kiosk this week as well.
