David Merrit was an emergency room doctor at the Black River Memorial Hospital. He is also a Major in the Colorado National Guard. Merrit no longer works at the hospital and now he's suing.

Seems as though Merrit told hospital officials he might be re-deployed....and 2 months later he was escorted out of the hospital.....and fired without cause.

The lawsuit seeks damages, back pay and reinstatement at the hospital.
