Shilling says it was all too familiar and she felt the pain of everyone involved in what she describes as two acts of senseless violence. Shilling said that Saturday she knew immediately what the families were going through when it came to disbelief....anguish and sadness.

As for changing the way she sets public appearances.....Shilling says no changes...but a better sense of awareness of her surroundings now.
