Brewers Hall of Famers Entertain La Crosse Fans

Five members of the Baseball Hall of Fame have been inducted as Milwaukee Brewers...and two of those men were in La Crosse last night to meet local fans.

Third baseman Paul Molitor and shortstop Robin Yount were headliners at the Loggers Winter Barbecue inside the La Crosse Center. Fans and reporters had a chance to ask about Yount's 20 seasons in Milwaukee...Molitor's hitting streak of 1987...and about the Brewers' only World Series, in 1982. Molitor's favorite memory of playing at County Stadium is tied to the '82 Series...especially to the 5th game, when the Brewers came within one win of the title.  Yount also has a cherished memory from that series...hitting a home run at Milwaukee, also in the 5th game.
