Momodou Kinteh will be deported from the U-S under an agreement in La Crosse County court. Kinteh pled no contest to sexual assault last week, just as he was about to go on trial. Last August, Kinteh assaulted a woman that he met outside a bar on 5th Avenue. He was sentenced to the time served in the county jail, plus extended supervision if he remains in the country. He said he's originally from Gambia, but authorities don't know if that's true.
