A strange ending to the case of one suspect in a highly-publicized home invasion in La Crosse...
Areschial Page pleads 'no contest' to charges that he took part in an armed robbery last fall, allegedly carried out by a group called the 'Get Money Boys.' And Page is sentenced to probation...primarily because a key piece of police evidence, a recording of an informant, was erased by accident. Page's attorney, Christopher Dyer, tells WIZM News that Page was not a member of that gang, and was 'in the wrong place at the wrong time.' Page will be on electronic monitoring for 45 days.

But now, John and Linda Lyche are able to wear their Riverfest uniforms in public, as the new commodore and first mate for this year's summer festival in La Crosse. Linda Lyche says the couple's three children now live outside the area, so they were told about the honor early, and make plans to travel to La Crosse with the grandchildren for Riverfest. John Lyche has been president of Dura Tech and the former Ridgeview Industries in La Crosse. Linda is a retired school psychologist. Riverfest runs from July 3rd through the 6th.
