La Crosse Police Chief Tischer announced that Sgt. Dan Kloss has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Lt. Kloss has 13 years of law enforcement experience. He has worked on patrol, investigations and most recently as the 2nd shift Detective Sergeant.
Chief Tishcer also announced the promotion of Investigator Andrew Dittman to the rank of Sergeant. Sgt. Dittman has 12 years of law enforcement experience and was most recently assigned as an Investigator on 2nd shift at the La Crosse Police Department.
A ceremony was held this morning at the La Crosse Police Department.
