Republican Huebsch Says Insurance Plans Designed to Benefit Attorneys
Wisconsin remains one of only two states that doesn't require auto liability insurance. But, those who do have it would have to have more of it under a plan by Governor Doyle. Doyle, in his budget proposal, calls for significant hikes in liability minimums. Up to three hundred thousand dollars in one liability category. West Salem assemblyman, Mike Huebsch scoffs at the idea as a benefit designed primarily for attorneys. Huebsch says the higher insurance levels just means bigger paydays for lawyers.
